Campaign Management
Request and monitor structured recruitment campaigns.
For Research Organizations
BBK RPS supports Research Sites, CROs, SMOs and selected Sponsors with recruitment campaigns, participant engagement, preliminary pre-screening, human follow-up and authorized referral management.
Capabilities
BBK RPS is built as an operating workflow, not a database marketplace.
Request and monitor structured recruitment campaigns.
Coordinate acknowledgments, reminders, and human follow-up.
Collect structured administrative pre-screening before referral handoff.
Route participants to authorized Sites by approved campaign geography.
Review campaign and Site performance without exposing unauthorized records.
Separate billing, oversight, and participant-level referral permissions.
B2B workflow
Final screening, medical verification and Study eligibility remain the responsibility of the Research Site.
Define the research opportunity and authorized public positioning.
Build a governed recruitment campaign with approved material versions.
Reach potential participants through BBK RPS recruitment operations.
Collect short public intake and permissions through controlled workflows.
Use preliminary Study-specific questions before handoff.
Support participants when the workflow needs human assistance.
Prepare administrative handoff only when required steps are complete.
Route participant referrals to the approved Research Site.
The Research Site determines final Study eligibility.
Multi-Site recruitment
One centralized recruitment strategy may serve multiple participating Sites while participant referrals remain routed to authorized Sites.
Payment, campaign oversight and participant-level referral access are separate permissions. A CRO does not receive participant-level access merely because it pays for or manages a campaign.
Campaign routing depends on verified Sites, approved geographies and assigned access, not broad access to the complete BBK participant pool.
